September Car Seat Clinic

Posted on September 26, 2013

It is now the time of year where Mom, Dad, Grandma and babysitters load the kiddies into the car to haul them to nursery school, day care or many fun activities like dance class or swim lessons.  This means that Mom, Dad, Grandma, and babysitters need to make sure their car seats are installed correctly to make transporting their little ones just that much safer.  The Safety Superstore is having a Free Car Seat Clinic held in the front parking lot from 11:00am – 2:00pm, at our New Oakville Location, 2501 Hyde Park Gate, Unit 1D.  No need to worry, we are just on the other side of Dundas. We are in the Tim Horton’s Plaza, next to Carter’s/Osh Kosh.   Sadly you can expect confusion and a fair size MESS, but we will do all we can to service your needs.  And don’t forget you can still shop online 24/7.

You are required to come into the store to fill out the necessary paperwork and get a number to ensure your spot for the clinic.  You will be directed to the area where the clinic will take place.  While you are registering for the Clinic, drop a ballot in our store and qualify for a $100.00  Gift Card, to be drawn on Sunday at 5 p.m.  You do not have to be in the store at the time of the draw.  Just leave your email information and we will notify you if you win.

James Fitzpatrick, Child Passenger Safety Advocate, will be here installing your seat and will be able to answer all of your car seat related questions or concerns.  The clinic is with Safety Superstore Installers and Child Passenger Safe Association of Canada (CPSAC).

The Child Passenger Safety Association of Canada (CPSAC) is an organization of Canadian specialists who have come together to create a cohesive national program dedicated to the safety of children and youths while traveling in motor vehicles.
